Auction - November 2007

Postby Sundance on Tue Sep 18, 2007 5:59 pm

Is the auction Saturday, November 3rd?

I also have notes that it is the Sunday after our Nov meeting?

I'd really like to make arrangements to go.

I anticipate donating for NWAAS auction:
6 Angels
1 Kissing Gourami
1 High Fin Platy, Mickey Mouse
1 New bottle of Seachem Prime 500ml
1 New bottle of Seachem Potassium 500ml

If I can't go, I need to work something out to get these items to auction.

Thanks!

Well, I was thinking it was the 3rd, but it must be the 4th, as it is a Sunday, but the Sunday before our meeting. Sounds like a good start on donations!

I will check my pond and see if I have any blue fin killifish to donate. It is so covered in lillies right now that I can not see into the water. I am sort of excited to see if I had any luck.

Hey kruzr,

I'm donating six of the twelve I got from you. They're great, healthy Angels. Last time I bought Angels, I bought 15 and only one remains. (It was when I first was getting into the hobby.) So far, all of your Angels have survived, so I need to unload some. Again, great fish.

No, the auction is the first Sunday (Nov. 4) in Kansas City. We will have a group going up together, but we would be leaving from here pretty early.

So, car pooling -

I have room for one more in my Saturn. I'll have my wife and a cooler of fish.

Just let me know.

I think at the next meeting or maybe here on the site, we need to discuss how many people wanna go and maybe arrange some car pooling?

I don't think Clarine and Johnathon are going so I can probably have three people ride with me. i can still fit two even if they go, but someone might be a little cramped in next to Johnathon's booster.

I've got a blazer that will hold 4 comfortably, can hold 5, but then I'm the only one comfortable. Or if you're planning on maybe grabbing a tank or 2, I can take the pickup and it'll hold up to 6

I haven't even broached the subject with my family yet...I do want to go, and we've been talking about a trip to KC, so maybe we will all go up as a family. If not, I would like to ride with someone...guess I'll be asking Mark soon...
